Dana Hillman

Since 1993 Dana has been associated with some of the industries most notable companies and has gained respect from both clients and candidates alike for his industry knowledge, tenacity and desire for his clients to win.

With a successful career in sales and management prior to search, Dana knows how to evaluate and attract sales talent. He began his career with Music Matters – a company that pioneered the bundling of computer / music systems, helping many colleges create program courses wrapped around their solutions. After telecom divestiture he sold conference bridging infrastructure to telco’s for Ropir Industries and services to major accounts within the Transportation and Legal verticals for MCI.

Dana was schooled at Auburn University in International Studies, is an accomplished musician, has two sons under 9 and plays competitive tennis. He can be reached at dana@hillmanpartners.com

Sheri Drady
Partner

As founder of Hillman Partners and over 20 years in search, Sheri is synonymous with high energy and straight talk. Sheri’s clients appreciate her no nonsense approach, her ability to recruit top talent, and her relentless dedication to fulfilling her assignments.

Sheri began her career placing recent college grads in the mid 80's and after breaking all previous records was promoted to Sales Manager and then Partner-placing higher end sales and sales management candidates and helping to build the base of accounts for American Recruiters. In '93 she founded Sheridan Resources, (now Hillman Partners, Inc.) and primarily focused on placing sales and sales management candidates nationally in the telecommunications hardware/software industries. After taking a few years off to raise her two sons, go back to school for a certification in holistic health and become a board member of the Green Energy Council, she evolved herself and her specialization into placing very passionately within the Clean Energy/Cleantech space. Sheri's goal is to lower the carbon footprint one placement at a time so that her sons have a planet to live on when they grow up.

As a graduate of Syracuse University and Columbia University and as a former All-American and college cheerleader, Sheri still uses her passion and enthusiasm to motivate and move people. She eats, breathes and drives green as a holistic yogi drinking green drinks, doing yoga and driving around town in her Nissan Leaf. " I love plugging in instead of fueling up". As an ambassador of the Green Energy Council, Sheri signed Genesys (formerly Green Ecosys) up as a member which evolved to a presentation with the Mayor of Miami and several other city officials to see how their solar and wind powered desalination cube works (shown behind). It was the best tasting Miami bay water EVER!!!
